Earlier this was a separate project, it is now part of Citizen Science Grid
Wildlife@Home is a joint effort between UND's Department of Computer Science and Department of Biology. The project is aimed at analyzing video gathered from various cameras recording wildlife. This will be mostly done by you as volunteers. With your observations and the classification of videos into "events" algorithms can be developed for "visual detection" to filter them. This will be useful because of the enormous amount of video data. Badges can be seen on this page |
